Specifically, this role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an industry-leading Fatigue Risk Management Program (FRMP) within Amtrak as is required per 49 CFR Part 270 and the Rail Safety Improvement Act of 2008. Experience developing or maintaining Fatigue Risk Managem Works directly with APD Data Analytics and Central Reporting departments for in-depth injury/incident trending and analysis that effectively identifies employee fatigue and its root causes/contributing factors for required Part 270 safety risk management (SRM) activities and Amtrak Senior Leadership awareness displayed in an FRMP Dashboard. This role will also offer ergonomics and human factors expertise to improve Amtrak's safety programs and culture. An equivalent combination of education training and experience in fatigue risk management (FRM). This position is responsible for human factors and ergonomics leadership in Amtrak safety programs.
